Looking to use Krytox on the o-rings for my usher fuel caps.
There are several different types; can anyone recommend the correct type?

Thanks!Krytox GPL 205 grease. I see the price went up again … a lot! It’s good, but I’m not sure it’s that good anymore.
Yes, but one small tube will last you a very long time. Doesn’t take much to keep the o-rings from sticking. Thanks!
That $30 will last the rest of your life, and mine.Krytox GPL 205 grease. I see the price went up again … a lot! It’s good, but I’m not sure it’s that good anymore.
Krytox is fuel proof. I didn't see that in the spec for Superlube. Is Krytox that superior to say Superlube grease?
Is there anyone who has tested both?
I’ll pay up for quality, but ouch for a lip balm size tube if it’s not significantly better.
Me too……. and Scott C is a young guy.I’ve gone through a couple of the 0.5 oz tubes already, and I’m not dead yet!![]()
Krytox is superior in many ways. Many car manufacturers use it in places like sun roofs where they call it "lubed for life" meaning it lasts the lifetime of the vehicle. It is very chemically stable / inert. Shelf life should be very long meaning you probably will never have to buy more. I just used some last week to lube the aileron belcrank bushing. Is Krytox that superior to say Superlube grease?
