Where do I find this fuel fitting?

Removed cleaned the fuel servo strainer and went to reinstall. Leaks at the flare. Where can I find a new one of these fittings?

That looks like the fitting off of the end of a flex hose.
How was it being used?

Yes flex fire sleeved fuel line from mechanical pump to the fuel servo inlet. Not sure what I did wrong for it to leak after cleaning the strainer. It seemed weird using the crows foot in there for final torque.
