I was going to post this on the Ch 11 page but didn't want to get lost in the bankruptcy discussion; this is an RV-10 specific question. Do we know what the status on seats is? I know they said they were going to start making their own, but I haven't heard of anyone actually receiving them.
The order adjustment portal says that they have 21 finish kits ready to ship. I'm assuming this is still with backordered seats. I want to agree to the new pricing, but don't want to be in the group that has seats on perpetual backorder. Does the revised pricing allow them to procure from the original supplier?
Several months back they were talking about shipping kits with major backordered items like seats, but not collecting the final payment for those items. I don't see any discussion of that recently.
