Yesterday I practiced some OSH 27 righthand patterns with downwind legs 3000 feet out, found it real tight. Rewatched a video where they did downwind far side of the gravel pit, seems to be easier.
I might have to be slow turning downwind if they are flying tight patterns...
Sooner later, all those beautiful wooden crates that held the RV-15 kits have to be broken down (we’ve got plenty of shelves made from previous crates, thank-you…..). Vans clearly loves staples - Lots and lots and lots of staples. This has to be more hazardous that test flying!!
