Hi! I'm looking to partner on an RV in the Bay Area.

- RV-9 / 9A or RV-7 / 7A
- $130–145K aircraft value
- IFR-certified with at least: G5 (or equivalent), WAAS GPS, 2-axis autopilot
- No significant damage history
About me
- 350 TT, CFII, fly PA-28 and 172
- Live in San Francisco, work in tech
- Preferred home airport: SQL, DVO, San Rafael. PAO, HWD, Petaluma, Napa considered
- 150 hrs/year flying, did 120 in last 12mos
- Mission: Local trips and weekend overnights, with regular longer XC missions (LAX, LAS, GC), a 1st trip to Oshkosh. Northern Europe, and around-the-world flight is on my longer-term radar
Partnership structure
- 50/50 ownership split
- Written partnership agreement
- Fixed costs split equally, variable costs based on actual usage
