Unusual Cylinder Color Code

Teal green and silver means Cerminil. Ever see a white and silver? Check me please...I think it designates a Cerminil assembly which has been re-barreled.

Did ECI rework cylinder assemblies otherwise subject to AD 2009-26-12? Recall that was all about heads separating from cylinders due to faulty threading.

I recall that ECI did rework cylinder heads decades ago before the Cylinder AD. Rework in removed, repair, and I believe reinstall the repair head on cylinders.
