Google search shows this question popped up going all the way back to the Matronics RV forum days but I didn’t see an answer with a Hartzell reference anywhere but i recall on my previous RV-8 that you didn’t want to tighten them up as high to the general AN4 torque chart value as you would likely strip out the threads.
What is the current consensus?
