Cowl hinge offset on RV-12is - edge clearance
Page 37is/U-09 calls for the MS20257-3 cowl side hinge to be offset 1/16" up from the bottom cowl edge. Doing that leaves 7/16" of leaf overlapping the bottom cowl fiberglass. That allows for 1/4" rivet centerline to fiberglass edge (~ 2.5*Rd clearance) and 3/16" rivet centerline to leaf edge...

I’m at that point in the Baffling chapter where they have you attach some fittings to three of the top case bolts. Where can I find the correct torque values for those bolts? Thanks.

Ground adjustable prop ……Cato vs WW
I am trying to decide which ground adjustable prop to use on my 180 hp RV7. Cato at $6200 vs WW at $4700. Is it worth the extra $$$ for the Cato? Am I missing any other options? Looking for the best quality/performance prop. Thanks for your input on this dilemma Steve

Torque Delrin Block Bolts?
I'm actually not sure it's made of Delrin, but I've noticed that for the white colored plastic blocks that are for support of things like the flap weldment supports, if I actually torque the bolts to a normal spec it tends to deform/squish the blocks. The black blocks seem a lot harder. Should...
