Sizing wire for length and amps

This chart is what I got online but it wasn’t easy to find and want to confirm. You know you can’t believe what you find online anymore. Can someone confirm if the chart is correct.

AC 43.13 is the documentation for a/c repair. I tried looking up an AC for wiring but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Please post a link

Within AC 43-13, Chapter 11, Section 5, paragraphs 11-66 thru 11-69 are your guides. 11-69 shows how to calculate a wire rating for a wire in a bundle.
