Shop Head Relative to Dimple

Good Morning,

I have been drilling, dimpling, and riveting scrap aluminum before I do any work on the kit. I can get consistent shop heads but I am not sure how they are sitting in the dimples. I have Cleaveland dimple sets and am not over squeezing. I have attached a couple of pictures. The shop head measures width and height just right in the sizing tool but it looks like the head sort of sits inside the diameter of the dimple. Maybe it is an optical illusion. Just wanted to get your opinions. Thank you.

Hard to tell but first glance is the shop head looks normal and good, only comment is de-burring, make sure you do before dimple and don't overdo it, just take a burr off, 1 360 degree rotation maybe 2, very light pressure.

Thanks. I have the S shaped debur blade but have ordered the speed debur with the countersink style head. I used one last week at Synergy and liked it better.

The S shaped blades are for edges of skins, not for holes rivets holes. Just clarifying, although you couldn’t really get the s shaped blade in a rivet hole so exactly sure if that is what you meant. The speed deburr tool is preferred, although an oversized drill spun with your fingers can work in a tight spot.
