I went to OSH with pans to see Sean Blair and his beautiful 7 that was just coming out of Evoke. I got to his plane yesterday and asked if Sean was there. The Evoke guy looked puzzled and said no. I looked at Sean’s plane and this poster was there. Sean passed away in June. I was in shock. I have known Sean through his 3 builds and he was so proud of his plane. He did it exactly how he wanted and didn’t get to see it painted. Tracy his wife was there and I got to talk to her for a few min. I am still in shock. Sean and I emailed early June to arrange to get together at OSH.
Sean was a great builder. He will be missed. Go see his plane if you are at OSH. He would love to know people for a chance to see it complete.
