RV6 POH template wanted

I’ve been building my tip-up RV6 for much longer than wanted! (Feb 9/2001 will call date Lol)
Despite life, work and health interruptions and 2 hangar builds, it’s close to final inspection so I need to complete my paperwork and build my POH.
It’s got a Dynon panel with single HDX 10 including A/P; an AV30 with TailbeaconX; AeroSport IO 320 EXP with Silverhawk Inj and dual EMags; wood prop
Will stay polished aluminum with painted fiberglass
I’m looking for a template close to what I need to build my POH

Difficult to find anything that isn't pdf.
I can't help with a 6, but I have several Word docs for my 7A. Happy to share to an e-mail address.
