That hole is already larger than #19. Should I just size it up to .5" for an SB-500-6 as was done for the left wing?

The purpose of the #19 ground lug hole is to provide a grounding point for the wing wire harness at the root rib. The ground wire coming back from the wingtip nav/strobe/landing lights will have a lug on it and it is attached at that #19 hole with a #8 screw. So no, don't enlarge it if it's already big enough for a #8 screw.

Just as a point of information, before you close up the inner bottom skins, maybe even before you put the rear ribs on, work on your wiring routing, so that you have a better idea of what you need where. So I wouldn't drill more or less at this point, but mark it to come back to. I say this because I have QB wings, and I had to do some drilling after that inner bottom skin was on, which was/is doable, just not as fun/easy, as an earlier stage.

I agree. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't have drilled or enlarged any holes in the wing ribs until I was SURE I had the wing wiring and routing finalized. I ended up changing mine several times.
