Join us once again for a community RV Fly-In at Carroll County Regional Airport (KDMW) on Saturday, May 17th from 9-1! We are open to the public; this will be YOUR opportunity show off your pride and joy RV to our local flyers and community. We'll kick off with a "learn to fly" presentation for adults who are interested in flight training, then we move to an FAA Safety Team presentation (Wings credit) and end the day with a lunch from the smoker that you won't want to miss!! Well, we have been doing a lot of praying to the weather gods and it looks like they are going to provide us with nice flyable weather after several days of constant rain. We are a go for Saturday and looking forward to the largest flyin crowd yet! As a reminder, runway 34 is a right-hand pattern so make that note when traveling in to visit. Ryan has the agenda established and ready to go. Please sign in at the registration tent when you arrive. You can pick up additional information there as well. What an event!!! Loved having the RV's flying in to KDMW for the mid-atlantic gathering - and congrats to Jay, who just completed his first ever training flight a week ago, on winning the Garmin D2 Air X10 watch! To say he was stoked is an UNDERSTATMENT!!! What a way to start an aviation journey! We wish Jay the best in his training and know that he'll never miss a brief time and always have the current ATIS!
