New Hartzell CS Prop for Sale (Last Price Drop to 10.5K)

I have a NIB Hartzell I'd like to sell (C2YR-1BFP/F7497). Ordered by another builder from Vans. He decided to go the Whirlwind route. I bought it NIB. Manufacture date is May 2023. It was stored in his AC'd workshop. It's been in my hangar in LA for a year, and it's now in North Carolina in a AC'd hangar. Not a fire sale, but I'd like to upgrade to a composite Hartzell for my 8.
New from Vans is $12,463 + tax + shipping.

I have the 74" and I like mine. I think most TW models get a 72"

Yes, 74". And for full disclosure it was mounted on a old hub for the spinner to be built/fit. It doesn't have any marks on the bladesfrom that work being done though.
