Need a few tools at KOSH

Hopefully someone can help me out. I’m looking for a tight angle drill to pop one #30 hole to install a LP4 rivet into the TCW oil cooler flapper. I’m parked at KOSH with my RV 10. I’m trying to prevent the flapper from over centering and giving me grief with oil temps as I experienced on the flight over.

I’d need a tight angle drill with short #30 bit
An LP-4 rivet and the pop riveter to set it.

I have one coming later in the week but with the smoky downtime I’m hoping maybe to get it done earlier in the week.
