Making sure I’m not crazy…

I know I’ve asked a bunch of dumb questions already but I’m pretty sure I’m not this dumb (I hope).
I’m mocking up the runs to the Dynon ADAHRS and went to plug in the OAT probe only to find it doesn’t go…
The connector that was with my probe appears to be the female side of the connection. Can someone show me if this does in fact plug in somehow?!
Also if anyone knows what the terminals are? They look like DuPont terminals (which I have on hand) cause I’ll have to replace those as they got buggered up when I put the connector on the wires before finding out it don’t go.

See attached: Proper connectors & pins are Micro Molex. You should have received a mating connector with ADAHRS & Temp sensor. You can extend the Temp sensor wires with standard twisted copper wire (I highly recommend aircraft wire) without affecting calibration.
Hope this helps

Mine look different. Are you using the same connector shipped with the OAT unit?
This is what came in the package with the OAT probe.
It would appear somehow the female side got put in the package instead of the male.

"This is" implies a picture or something.... I did not see it.
If you purchased a Dynon ADAHR, it comes with a Temp sensor having wires that are pinned but not inserted into backshell to allow easiest routing. The backshell IS included as a matter of practice. If Dynon did not provide the proper backshell - then call Dynon Support for a replacement.
