I purchased an RV-12 with a number of SBs not complied with. I am currently doing the condition inspection and need the kit for SB 18-02-02. Vans is backordered until July. I hate to be grounded an additional month. Any chance someone has the parts and doesn't need them? From the photos on Vans website, it looks like they could be fabricated, but that's not something I have done before, so I'm hoping to find them.

While you have the stabilator off, there's a couple more jobs you should consider mandatory & highly recommended:
SB-00067 Stabilator Mass Balance Reinforcement and SL-00068 Optional Stabilator Hinge Spacer Installation

I'm pretty sure I have one that you can have. Not positive. I ordered the kit but after an analysis of the changes made to the new stabilator I decided to build a new one. Yes, I do have an old style stabilator at my hangar! I'll be going to the airport tomorrow and see what I have. I may have taken the kit apart to sort any hardware into my storage bins. AN hardware will be easy to find.

Just to follow up, I received the parts from henrysamson and finished the install today. He basically sent them to me for free, refused to take any money other than shipping cost. A great experience for me, and no waiting on back ordered parts.
