Lens for Flat Top Wing Tip (RV8)

I have a 12 year old RV-8 “flat top” wingtip (W-415 flat top wing tip - I think) that didn’t have a light cut out or lenses. Vans originally sold a fiberglass patch kit to add lights to the wing tips with a lens included.
My lenses have melted and need replacement and of course Vans no longer sells and neither does Fly Boys. Does anyone have a lead on where I could get these?

Thanks Jerry! This is really helpful. Looks like this is the only place to get replacement lenses for this wingtip. They are getting back to me about any remaining in stock. Hopefully this will work out. Thanks again.
