Similar to the previous emails with personal links and if so, was it set up the same way where they have a list of parts by color and show you the price of parts you want that aren’t covered for free as well as give you a list of rivets and other consumables you may need to select and the price for them too, etc?

No, there was no link to the portal (maybe they've moved away from that). It was a spreadsheet with color coded parts. Red, yellow and gold are free, blue and green are 25% discount. A screenshot of part of the spreadsheet is attached.

Did they give any further details on how to prove damage and get parts labeled as ‘will replace if damaged’ category? Anything about replacement cherry max rivets and other consumables like they had done previously?

Nope, nothing that detailed unfortunately. Here's the full text:

"I am reaching out to determine which parts you would like to request for replacement for your empennage kit. We have compiled a list specific to your kit, considering the date each laser-cut part could have first entered Van's inventory in correlation with the date your kit was packed. The provided list for your kit represents a "worst-case scenario", displaying every laser-cut part, and the qty you could have received. Your empennage kit was packed in August of last year, and the laser-cut components should have already been extracted from our inventory. Nevertheless, we are exercising caution in this matter.

Note that red, yellow, and gold parts will be provided for free. Blue and green parts will be available to you at a 25% discounted rate from the listed price on our web store.

Please review the attached list, and if able, fill out Column F with the QTY of the parts you would like to replace. Please let me know if you have any other questions."
