Improving RV-15 tackle boxes

The process engineer in me has brain fire on this!
Please tell me that Vans doesn't have an employee "working on" a plastic parts box before it goes to customers!?

Tip: don't use too much CA glue and pull your parts out before doing this, else you'll end up with washers glued together. Advice from a "friend"...;)

They're putting the dividers in place to match the contents. Why would this be bad? Would you order custom boxes from a vendor instead?

I have used Plano 3700 series boxes since 2006 for small parts and use a spot of hot glue. Not sure if they are polypropylene or polyethylene so may not work. The fusing looks much easier. Sorting -4 from -3.5 length rivets was fun, never again.
