What do think is the best way to fix this. It doesn’t actually looked crack rather delaminated if that’s the correct way to describe it? Someone opened my canopy and pulled up on it

You could find out what type of epoxy resin was used to make that skirt/fairing and see if you can clean in it up and try and inject some resin in there and then lightly sand the area and paint it over after prepping it. I've used the foam bead tape before around repair areas with single stage paint and it doesn't leave a harsh line, therefore you can buff it out fairly easily. Home Depot sells those Preval spray cans where you can mix your own paint and then spray it on. It's good for small pieces and touch up.
Another method could be mixing up some JB weld or Smooth-On epoxy and using a tongue depressor, you squee-gee some into a curved-tipped syringe. Then you can inject it into the crack and then tape it down into place. It will have to be lightly sanded and prepped for paint, then painted like a I stated above. I've also done the similar thing with West Systems epoxy and using floc and injected it into cracks and sealed and bonded them back together. Lots of flexing around the skirt areas, or if someone ham-hocks them on entry into the cabin.
