GRT EIS Buttons don't work

I am trying to reprogram the aux inputs of my GRT EIS4000, but i can't get the panel buttons to work. As i recall, there were instructions listed on the GRT website to clean the contacts to make these buttons work. Does anyone know where i can find this information?

Do your buttons ‘click’, or are they the ‘soft’ ones?
When my soft one’s quit working properly, I sent it in and they replaced the buttons with ones that click. Problem solved. This was a few years ago…

Years ago I disassembled the box and used contact clearer on the inside of the buttons. But - the real fix was as discussed, have GRT replace the button pad with the new style buttons.

I ordered the keypad assembly from GRT. Easy to do yourself $50 for board if I recall, quicker fix. They need this information.
