I've been using a GoPro Hero 13 and Max2 cameras to do some filming for fun and to hopefully improve my flying skills. As a relative newbie with GoPro cameras I've tended to just default to the factory settings. GoPro's offer quite a lot of customizing options but it's all a bit bewildering.
Wondering if any RV pilots/GoPro users can offer some aviation-specific suggestions for how to optimize camera use for replay, battery conservation, and post-production editing software. Using the Max2 under the right wing and the Hero 13 with audio feed over-the-shoulder in an RV-4 cockpit.
Any recommendations on settings or sites I can research for same are appreciated.
