Some have chosen to change from G3X Touch to AXIS and are selling their G3X Touch GDU. The configuration module that is built into the main GDU connector has to be changed -
"F.2.5.3.5 Configuration Module
The G3X Touch configuration module is not compatible with AXIS flight displays. As part of this upgrade, the configuration module in the PFD1 connector must be replaced with the AXIS flight display configuration module (011-04037-00), no wiring changes are required for this. Additionally, every other display in the system must be wired for and install an AXIS configuration module (011-04038-00)."
I suspect that many will simply throw this tiny part in the trash but I have a use for one. Please consider sending it my way rather than discarding it.
