Fuselage center bulkhead alignment

I’ve just started the fuselage and the KAI asks to cleco two bulkheads to the bottom skin and match drill many #30 holes. The new kit is very nice and has all the holes predrilled. But I clecoed and clamped to check for fitting anyway.

When lying on the table the bottom of the two bulkheads are definitely not aligned flat. Is it by design that the aft part of the skin bends upward (probably to meet the tailcone)?

That’s normal. When you flip it over later in the build, it’ll make sense, since the aft part of the fuselage bottom slopes up.
