Here's a little "fixture" I made to drill a couple of 4mm - .7mm "Cheese" head Phillips stainless screws with a #54-.055 twist drill bit.

Since the head is so "short" I had to have a way to more precisely drill the holes in the middle. So I drilled and tapped from the backside to allow precision adjustment of the head when drilling ...
