Would like to acknowledge and appreciate a superior customer experience.
Ordered WAT Microburst II from Jim via Facebook a few months ago.
Upon installation, it was evident that one of the units was DOA.
Exchanged a few emails with Jim, sent him pics & videos and he sent me a new replacement set. Didn't even ask for shipping.
