Anyone use Control Cables Inc. for push-pull cables (throttle, prop, etc)

I'm starting to think about throttle and prop cables for my 14A, with throttle quadrant. Has anyone ever used Control Cables Inc? They are clearly not about aviation specific push-pull cables, but what they have, looks very much like it would work nicely. When I called to discuss my need (did not mention a plane) I found out that they could shorten a cable if it was to long. As I am concerned about getting the lengths right, I liked the option of a redo without the full cost of a new cable.

If you have used another company with good success, I'm all ears.

I used California PushPull cables, IIRC, on my RV/8.

Same here. They were helpful, quick, and the price was right. I opted for their higher temp black cables.
As with all non aviation vendors: Don’t tell them it’s for a plane. You fly a hot rod or boat…

I’ve used “airboat” successfully on a number of occasions.
