Hey folks! After years of flirting with the Vans builder community at OSH, Sun-N-Fun and over the phone, we have finally made it here to the homeland (VAF)! I am Marshall, the VP of Marketing, and I recently had a very pleasant conversation with DR culminating in creating this account and hopefully a long extention to what has been a relationship with Vans Builders, Owners and Pilots for nearly a decade. That's right, AeroCreeper is rounding the corner next year on it's 10th year in business and this July we passed our 10,000th creeper to leave our humble factory in Corinne, UT (We'll drive the 5 min and pick you up from KBMC muni if you ever want to stop by and see what we're up to).
I personally own and fly a Piper Pacer with the little wheel out back. And used to fly a straight floated Cessna 206 up in Alaska and then spent a few years in AirTractors to pay the bills. Our CEO, Travis, has more than the minimum hours to get his PPL but keeps claiming that the business needs him there. You can find him picking up the phone, programming the lathe in the shop, or creating new innovative design features with his son and co-designer Joel. He has hit the jackpot in life since he actually employs a handful of his kids and his wife takes care of some things as well including frequent home-made lunch dates at the office. AeroCreeper is one of the real American family-owned small businesses the politicians keep telling us are bygones.
A few year's ago when we launched the "Deluxe" AeroCreeper, we used a friend's RV to do the photoshoot using a local photo agency. And when we go to airshows big and small, we always joke about keeping a chalkboard behind the tradeshow stand to keep tabs on how many RV owners come by the booth and are part of the AeroCreeper family. The Vans AirForce has a big lead on second and third place (it's a showdown between Beechcraft & Cirrus owners at the moment). And when you stop by it's either to give us a high-five and say: "So glad I bought one of your creepers last year! It's saved my back." ..or to reluctantly pull out your credit card standing next to your spouses or buddies who have been telling them to just get one already

Some go for the Original model. It's the "basic," workhorse that was dreamed up 9 years ago and features the standard 10 locking positions. Most spring for the Deluxe with it's 2 position, ergonomic seat and included headrest - it's our #1 seller after all. And for a few more "selective" individuals, there's the Power-Lift Model - Bells: Check. Whistles: Check.
And we get that it's not for everyone - trust us.. we've heard it all: Just too expensive, It's not thaaaaaaat comfortable, when I borrowed my buddy's it unlocked and I fell to the ground, I'd rather just use pillows and some carpet, I never wash my plane's belly anyway, I let my mechanic do all my inspections... etc
We're not ever going to please every user - but for the few that really need it, we are the PERFECT product. And we're happy to be a niche business ...a niche business that sells to every branch of the US military, all major US airlines, some of the largest aircraft manufacturers, foreign militaries, space exploration companies, and now to vehicle manufacturers and industrial customers of all types. So while we're a small, family fab shop in rural Utah, we're proud to build a product line that some deem worth having. I can't promise daily monitoring and respond to each comment here, we hope this is another open line of communication to our biggest user base among the small home-built pilot community.
