ADSB Report Request not going through

When I fill out the request for a performance report then have to click on “ I’m not a robot” it just sits there. Won’t go past that.
any ideas?

I think the system is down. I made a request for a flight this morning and got a unable response. The flight showed up on Flight aware so I know the Transponder was working.

I was trying to do it on my iPad, switched to the laptop and worked fine, thanks
