Abilene TX Fly-ins

Just to let everyone know, there are two fly-ins going on in Abilene, TX in the next few weeks. The first is a bi-plane fly-in at Elmdale Airpark (82TS) on the 27th of April from 9-2. Anyone who flys in will get a meal and discounted gas, and any and all airplanes and people are welcome. The second is an EAA fly in breakfast the next weekend 4 May at Abilene Regional Airport. I plan to enter the race there

I have flown in two races at Abilene; both times out of Dyess AFB. It alternates yearly with the civilian airport. It's at the civilian airport this year so that will be a new experience.

I'll be at the May 4th event providing dyamic propeller balancing and VFR transponder checks for anyone interested :D
