I have neighbor who has A2 tug for disposal, he has clamp for Bonanza which according to Best Tugs should fit once I remove the Bonanza inserts, but on comparing its inner diameter with Towbar for RV 10, they do not match, ( in accompanying picture, Red is tow bar for RV10
Any suggestions?

Ask Best Tugs if the RV-10 insert will fit that arm and if not order the RV-10 arms with appropriate inserts.

2nd contacting Best Tugs. I have an A3 and the standard forks and slides fit an RV-10 without an additional adapter. That said, the pic you posted looks like the forks (aka connecting arms) are missing the standard inserts (aka "slides") which are adjustable (they screw in and out) and are the parts that actually grab the nose gear. The part I'm referring to is right in the middle of the pic below:

OK, I see now. I don't know if your slides are Bonanza specific or standard. Mine are standard and fit just fine. I'd still contact Best Tugs and see whether you need either new slides or adapters to make your's work.

I'm going to second everything Todd said. The Best Tugs A3 (which is what is recommended for a 2700lb aircraft) is one of the best things I've bought to make my hangar life easier. A lot of other companies could learn a few things about (1) customer service, and (2) how to crate and ship a product properly, from Best Tugs. Reminds me a LOT of my (and many others) experience with AS Flightlines - just fantastic all around.

You can absolutely do the same for considerably less, but it's a fantastic product and you won't regret it...

Mine uses the standard forks and works great! (RV-10 and 14A) Just FYI the A2 is rated up to 2600 lbs. and the A3 to 3600 lbs. Also, double wall heat shrink on the forks help protect my wheel pant along with the polished aluminum ring.

Also rotate your prop to more less horizonal if you plan to make any sharp turns or you run the risk of running the prop into the tug and scratching it up.

My A3 really struggles to move the RV10, I end up putting a 25kg bag of sand on it to get traction and thats with Tundras, thats on plastic and grass which isnt ideal, the heat shrink is a great idea, Best and Paxton have been great as have the tech team, seems grass isn't the RV10's friend unless its super dry!
