Jeppesen Nav not loading in JDM

I cannot load the latest Jeppesen Nav Data, but I can load Obstacles. I get the following error message: "Missing source file for transferring." I am using the same formatted USB stick for both files, as I always have. I tried three other formatted USB's and received the same results. Yesterday Jeppesen tech support would not answer the phone. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem with todays cycle 2607?

OK... I cleared the cache in JDM and restarted the program. I must have scared it while I was waiting for customer support to answer. I successfully downloaded Nav and Obstacles just now.
