Looks like the source for this item is gone. The China company, which has been bought by Littlefuse, can't get needed components from Russia. So they are back ordered 'til November. And the pipeline seems to be empty. (digikey, Mouser)

Mouser seems to have a good replacement part, though. I think it is the same standard size and about the same price or cheaper.

It may be newer process diode design since it has a quite high voltage spec for a Schottky and a 250A rating. Otherwise, this dual diode module has about the same fit and function and should be a good replacement.
