howdy Rv Gang,
planning on going to coast to coast and back. starting from los angeles and ending up in NC or SC. planning on going down the southern route following the border and making stops as needed, i have an RV7a. what are you thoughts on items i should bring along? so far i have tie downs tubes and cloths ( sleeping bag thinking of sleeping at the airport for fun) . also some places i should stop along the way?

yes if you are taking the southern route definitely go see The War Eagles Air Museum located at the Doña Ana County Airport at Santa Teresa near El paso. It's a somewhat hidden gem and very cool.

Sounds like a great adventure..I'm jealous, it's on my list to do one day, reverse route of you. I'm in central NC at 8A7, Good little airport to weather out, camp at, or stay at my house next to the airport. I have lots of resources in the area if you need anything when your over here near the Right Coast.
