Traveling down from Maine to at least Massachusetts before heading to Ontario, Canada. If anyone has suggestions on what to explore ( we have three days before we want to be in Ontario)? We’re in my RV-14A and would be interested in seeing anybody’s project along the was.
Thanks Ron

Hard to beat circling the Statue of Liberty. Hudson River Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA).

cannot emphasize this enough. ive done this route many times with passengers and they always love it. its always neat as you pass the bluffs at about the same altitude as the people standing there looking at the views.

+1. It’s just an incredible experience.

I’ve already done the corridor and don’t think we’ll be going that far down before heading across to Ontario.
It was great , I agree.
Thanks

On my first voyage as a crew member on the USS Randolph we passed Her on the way to docking in Manhattan...this was March 1960...I'll never forget that...It was St. Patricks Day weekend so we dyed the Hudson River green... 😁

It might be interesting to visit Portsmith, NH (KPSM). I think Port City air fbo has courtesy cars and the coastal town is interesting with nice restaurants. On the Cape (MA), Provincetown is always fun and Chatham airport (KCQX) has free ok bikes by calling ahead. Both towns are popular tourist destinations. Of course, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are great visits too.

Chatham also has a good breakfast place on the field.

We just landed in Provincetown and are presently in Chatham. Beautiful area. Looking as to where we call it a day. Martha’s Vineyard tomorrow for a guided tour.
Thanks

The Wequassett resort and the Chatham Bars Inn are the go to places, though very pricey. Main Street has a couple of very nice inns also. Enjoy!

On Martha's Vineyard, Katama 1B2 is one of the best turf runways, park your plane across the road from the beach. Has a cafe and biplane rides.

Boston City Tour or Skyline Tour.
There are other writeups on the Internet.

Goodspeed CT, 42B. Never been, but friends like the restaurant, and the bridge at the end of the runway makes it interesting.

Sky Acres 44N good food and cheap gas.
Fly up the Hudson towards Albany.

In NJ N40 good food and cheap gas, and a very active EAA643.

Stewart NY, KSWF, do some practice approaches to a space shuttle sized runway, with an eye watering approach lighting system. Do some pattern work with C5's, just don't become their hood ornament.

Toronto Billy Bishop airport, landing right at the downtown on the lake.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful town with a lot going on. Shaw Festival theater.

If you don’t mind going inland a bit in Mass, land at Turners Falls and Uber to the Montague Book Mill. It’s stunning. Great place for lunch while browsing the bookstore and river. One of my happy places.

Or land in Harriman and West airport and visit the Mass museum of contemporary Art then tour Williams College. Another stunner.

I haven't been there yet (despite living in New England for the past 30 years :)), but the New England Air Museum is just off Bradley International (BDL) in Windsor Locks, CT. Their website says that the FBOs there offer courtesy shuttles to the muesum.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. We’re having beautiful weather, couldn’t ask for better so far. We’re making plans.
