It was Fulltron's privilege to help bring Tony's vision to life. After serving as a Coast Guard pilot (plane pictured below), he wanted to replicate the 100th anniversary design on his personal RV-12. Fulltron might be a little partial, but we think it turned out perfect.26975764052_f919de1d6b_b.jpg192A2043 copy.jpg192A2045 copy.jpg192A2047 copy.jpg192A2054 copy.jpg

Beautiful! And it instantly took me back to the 70's when I got one of these for Christmas. Thanks for the memory bump. Very catchy scheme! Really really nice!!!!

Thanks Doug! The Cox PT-19 was one of the best if not THE best control line trainers. Almost impossible to destroy. After a crash (on grass), new rubber bands to attach the wing, clean the grass from the engine and fly again. Great memories. The Cox red P-51 was really bad however. Integral fuel tank in the fuselage, plastic venturi / mount on the back of the engine, a little over-priming and WHOOSH, an engine fire that melted the front fuselage. And it was a bad flier to boot.

And then there was the black Stuka. Can't remember who made that one. But it was a handful.. wicked mean and very fast. Too fast, really.
