You smart guys with resources build this

Why don't you smart guys with resources build an inexpensive black box that will convert the VOR/LOC signals in the serial stream comming out of the SL30 to the proper GPS Sentences for the GPS enabled autopilots so we can do coupled approaches with the cheaper hardware?

If GRT can do it with there software/hardware, should be doable in a cheap black box....

Seems like they do the *inverse* of what you want but are probably the ones that understand it most and could turn something around most quickly.
