Corrosion in Aileron Push Pull tube
Both of my aileron push pull tubes have corrosion on them. One is worse than the other. I seem to remember that 10 % of the thickness is the limit before it has to be replaced. Is that correct?

Aileron: How to rivet?
How do I rivet the rib to the spar? I can't squeeze the rivets and I don't have anything small enough to get into the slot with the riveting gun nor a bucking bar. I guess that I could remove the plate on the end and put it on again after riveting to the spar. I must be missing something...

Bypass for heated air (older RV4)
I purchased a 1990 era RV4 this fall. The plane has a cabin heat valve inside the firewall which is just an open/closed valve so it tries to block the air at the firewall when closed. There is no bypass for the air when the valve is closed; the ram air from the #3 baffle was just dead-headed...
