Spinner forward bullhead

Having to slot the forward spinner bulkhead again after a prop overhaul. Wondering how much material can be removed before the bulkhead would be considered too weak.

There’s a couple of options. The prop shop that overhauled mine slotted the centre holes to allow for the new position.
another option is to remount the bulkhead in a different orientation that allows you to drill new screw holes and add more nut plate.

I know how to make more holes, its Already slotted about half the surface and I’m concerned about making more holes or elongating the slot.

Why not just get a new forward spinner bulkhead? Easy and cheap enough to drill holes and mount new nutplates.
