Ram inlet pressure recovery

What is the formula for ram inlet pressure recovery?
I.E. if a given installation can generate 25.1" MAP at 5300 PA, 7C, and the power chart shows a maximum static MAP of 23.8 for that PA and RPM, and goes 175 KTAS (M 0.269) in those conditions, what formula can I use to predict attainable MAPs for this installation under other conditions?

Also, check that your MAP gage is accurate. See my post in the Dynon Forum on how to check it and how to adjust it (if necessary) on the SkyView (some of which I plagiarized!):
