Parts Cost Inflation at Spruce

I bought a pack of 50 K1000-08 plate nuts last year for .41/ea...now Aircraft Spruce's price for a pack of 50 is 1.71/ea, an increase of 317%...anyone else notice these increases? If you need these plate nuts, surprisingly, they're cheaper at Vans (currently $0.54/ea). Git em while you can. They will be going up, I'm sure.

To be fair to Spruce, Wicks price is $2.28 each...

That's what they said about Van's kits a few years ago.... I hope Van's is not paying 85 cents and selling for 54 cents...

Figure out the Mil.Spec. or NAS number(s) for the part you need then do a little web sleuthing. As an example MS21047's (K1000-08) are available from Pegasus Autoracing for $0.91ea (>10), $0.88ea (>150)

Inflation is real and painful, I buy things from Amazon and has a good order history. It is painful to see what the same item was just six months earlier.
