That sorta reminds me of Doug's home base, aka Northwest Regional (52F). Sorry, I just can't call it that, I still think of it as Aero Valley from when I flew in there fairly often back in the '80s.

Covey Trails (X09) is about 15 Mi W. of Hwy 6 on Westheimer. It is just
past the Westheimer Airpark on the left.
I talked to the airport manager, Marvin Mixon, and everyone is welcome,
however they have no program. The clubhouse is on the north end of the
runway. They will be having their annual meeting 10:00 - 12:00 in the
club house. He did say we could come early if we wanted.
Food will be served in the clubhouse at 12:00. They are planning to fly
the Spitfire sometime after lunch. Also they plan to have flour bombing
and spot landing contest.
I plan to fly over between 11:00 & 12:00.
