On October 11th I ordered my FF kit. With some deletions the price was $5,186.05. Today I picked it up at Van’s for a cost of $7,068.90. I knew it was coming but it was still a shock. They did honor the deletions so I didn’t get stuck buying things I did not need. If I was starting a build today I would be priced out of the market or build a very basic VFR airplane.
