I finally got to use my "buggered" up screw extractor yesterday on a friend's -14 fuel tanks. Mine is patterned (pretty much) on el Brutus, which is designed for much larger fasteners. These were 4 #8's pretty much cammed out on the fuel tanks. With a little bit of "armstrong" they all came out saving a whole lot of unpleasantness ...
