Electrical pins and sockets for the CPC connectors Van's is using???

Been trying to sort out exactly which pins and sockets Van's is using with the CPC connectors. Per the sheet below from TE I think they are using 66099-x and 66101-x with X being the material type. I ordered some but for got to order the extractor tool so will wait until after Oshkosh to further sort it out. This tool appears to be 305183

Does anybody know more about this?

I went down this rabbit hole a while back and your logic looks reasonable. If Van’s is using TE CPC inserts, 66099-x (pin) and 66101-x (socket) are the common size 20 contacts and the suffix is usually plating/material related.
And yes TE 305183 is the extraction tool I’ve seen referenced for removing those contacts from CPC housings.
One thing I’d double check before crimping a bunch: verify wire gauge compatibility and whether Van’s spec’d standard CPC contacts or one of the high-density variants. The shells can look identical but contact series can differ.
Probably smart waiting until after Oshkosh so you can compare against someone’s known good setup before repinning everything.
