I have a great Checklist/POH for my RV7A. The book made at Staples has a "Van's Air Force" with a RV6 in the center. All pages have my name and N number. I'd like to make some changes but can no longer find the PDF format to do so. Unfortunately did not save the original. Is something like that till available.

Use your word processor and print up what you like, however you like it. Your typical office depot type store will laminate it for a small fee.
Try making the edits with one of the free online PDF editors. Example: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-editor.html
Sounds like the OP has a hardcopy but no electronic file that can be edited. Did you take a look at the POH section of VAF for templates?
