Guys and Gals:
If Mother Nature plays nice, with no clouds (or not), I and a bunch of my pilot buddies are having a Fly-IN, Drive-IN, to our Hangar, at the Shelbyville, IN Airport (KGEZ address in the attachment). We are trying to get some food trucks to show up, and if any commit, we will let you know, but please feel to come and hang out and see an event that will not happen here again for 128 years !!! There will definitely be (weather permitting), lots of airplanes flying in, and lots of drivers too. This airport is within walking distance to the path of Totality (the maximum time of darkness during the eclipse). I saw one years ago in KY, and it was an awesome experience. Feel free to fly in, or drive. There will also be musical entertainment, from one of my pilot Buddies
