Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineer Recommendations for RV-14 Modifications?

Does anyone have an aeronautical or mechanical engineer with RV knowledge / experience that they’d recommend?

Working on a bit of a unique project with my -14, and want to pick someone’s brain on component loading and potential structures reinforcement around the rear spar attach points.

In the certified world, I’d be looking for a DER, but in this case… a bit more flexible. That said, RV knowledge is a must - and I am happy to pay DER-level rates. Really just looking for advice finding someone who is smarter than I am :)

Thanks!

Aero engineer may be more appropriate since a lot of people don’t have a good understanding of what the loads are on the rear spar….
The highest loads are an outward tension load from the wing trying to sweep fwd at high AOA.
